Structural solutions utilising a variety of both standard and exotic raw
materials.

systems according to various industry requirements and legal compliance
standards is a key service offered by Northfield Engineering.

pharmaceutical, food & beverage, municipal and water treatment.
Northfield Engineering offers full turnkey solutions within
the installation and manufacturing sectors to clients across both the Eastern
and Western Cape.

All these piping systems can be offered with as-built drawings
or geometric drawings, including welding maps and quality documentation for the
works completed. All systems can be cleaned to specific customer requirements
and tested according to the specific industry standard.
We fabricate pipe runs in all sizes from 10 mm to 2000 mm nominal
bore. Welding is a key focus area and the company recently strengthened this
division through the purchase of an orbital welder and two state-of-the-art
laser welding machines.
External and internal piping examinations include X Rays and
Borescope inspections as well as a complete report of the data collected.
Our services are fully coordinated with complete Health and
Safety plans, in which Method Statements and Risk Assessments are completed, to
ensure that the safety of our teams is at the fore front of our works.
The development and application of a Quality Management
System, according to ISO 3834, is also currently underway. It is being
spearheaded by the Industry Support Quality Lead.
