Exhibitors: Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors are required to present their Exhibitor Access Badges to park for free.

Yes, you can take photos.
As the event is a trade event, children under 18 are not permitted to attend the exhibition. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry into the exhibition.
No pets are allowed, exceptions are made for guide dogs.
There is a variety of food stalls in and around the venue that will be serving light meals and refreshments. Kosher and Halaal meals will also be available.
A cash point is available outside the venue at the main entrance gate.

The following stand options are available:
Floor Space Only – There is no services included in this option, unless stated otherwise in your contract. We recommend that you use an EXSA approved stand builder, should you choose to go with a custom design stand. You can find a list of them on the following website – www.exsa.co.za
Standard Package Stand – This stand includes your walling, carpets, electrical components (allocated according to your stand size and is obtainable in the General Manual daily stand cleaning and a fascia name displayed above your stand.
Walk-on stand Package – This stand is similar to the standard shell scheme package and includes furniture. This stand package is specifically designed for International Exhibitors.
Customised Package – This stand option is similar to the standard package stand and includes the same components as the above, vinyl on certain panels, furniture and a plant. Please contact your sales representative to obtain the customised package form.

The event Services Manual contains a range of additional services available for you to hire for your stand. These include electrical components, carpeting, furniture, additional walling, plumbing, compressed air, and plants. The services manual is available on the Exhibitor Zone.

Once you sign up as an exhibitor, you will be contacted by the marketing team with details pertaining to the marketing opportunities you can take advantage of. These include PR, social media, the visitor catalogue, the event website, and more.

Propak Cape 2026 is a trade only event and NOT open to the general public. Students will not be permitted entrance under our general admission criteria – if you are a student looking to attend please contact us for further information.
