Under the motto «You don’t need much. Just the right thing.», Robatech presents GreenSaver at Propak Cape from October 24-26, 2023. The new service provides customers with a detailed overview of the measures that achieve the best savings effect in the gluing process.
Rising energy prices, increasing raw material shortages and worrying supply bottlenecks are putting a strain on companies. With GreenSaver, users of adhesive application systems can have their savings potential determined in the areas of adhesive consumption, adhesive application, energy and compressed air consumption, workplace safety and system availability. After an on-site inspection, the 8-point inspection report provides a clear overview of effective levers for reducing costs and improving the sustainability balance.
Aligned with the focus on efficient adhesive application, Robatech will be presenting Easy, the new melter that offers an attractive price/performance ratio for gluing folding boxes, trays, paper cones, paper bags or paper cups. With a maximum melting capacity of 2.5 kg/h and a focus on basic functions, Easy offers efficient and reliable gluing performance for hand and automated adhesive application.
At Propak Cape, Robatech will show their systems and components for hot melt and cold glue application on primary and secondary packaging that help saving resources. With 1 billion operating cycles, the Volta electric jetting head is not only durable, but it also operates without compressed air. The high switching frequencies of electric heads like Volta allow the use of hot melt stitching. This can reduce adhesive consumption by up to 50 %. In combination with the smart Vision melter and the fully insulated Performa heated hose, energy savings of up to 48 % can be achieved compared to similar components in the same category.
