Attendance is primarily intended for industry professionals. However, students in relevant fields of study may be permitted to attend with prior approval from the organisers.
Student attendance requests should be submitted through an accredited institution, lecturer, or faculty representative. Approved students will be required to register and may be asked to present valid student identification on arrival.
Yes, the event is free to attend and your ticket gives you access to all the co-located events.
When you pre-register you'll receive a confirmation email to print-off your badge. We'll also be mailing your badge closer to the event. If you forget your badge at home or forget to print it, you'll be able to collect your badge from our registration kiosks onsite.

No. For the safety and security of all attendees, firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited at the event and within the venue, regardless of whether the individual holds a valid licence or permit.
Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20–30 minutes away via the N2. Attendees can reach the venue using ride-hailing apps (Uber/Bolt), meters or private shuttles, and car rentals.
